Good things come in very small packages

Yesterday was gorgeous....85 degrees, sunny and not a cloud in the sky. Perfect chance to snap some photos. Come take a peek at how our newest addition is doing. He is a ball of energy, always prancing around, so playful and oh,.............so affectionate! My son is finding it hard to come up with the perfect name for him. It is his kitten, so he gets to decide. Come take a peek....I'm sure you'll agree, he is absolutely adorable!

The best thing.............Mason and Jade are starting to welcome him too!!

Equal ratio.......

We now have a 3:3 ratio of cats to humans in our abode. My son wanted a cat of his own, since I have Mason and the hubby has his Jade. So, Colton was able to pick out this little guy from our friend Diane. Click here to see how hard this decision was for our son. But, he fell sorta fast for this little guy (took over an hour to decide). Once we got him home and he slept with and followed Colton around, my son was devoted!
Here are a few pics I thought I'd share that my hubby and Colton snapped of the cutie........

After his first bath.....

The hubby took two half days to make sure the little guy was doing alright.

This is why we had to bathe him because my son decided to love on him after eating chicken nuggets....without washing the grease off his fingers!

Now, you see why we fell so hard for this guy!!!

Just wish our other two cats would fall as fast as we did! They get more tolerable of him each day!

Just My Guys!

It was a beautiful day yesterday, so I thought I'd get some practice of my two favorite subjects. They were good sports, and both couldn't wait to see how they turned out as soon as we got back. I'd say it is the subject(s) that make these so great!

Golfing guy....

My son seems so grown up, and believe me it has been way to fast for me! He, on the other hand, does not think it has been fast enough. Just capturing these shots of him during his first golf match of the year as a sophomore, he seems older than 15. I guess at fifteen you wish that year away, only to become 16 faster, to be able to officially drive on your own. He has the days counted until he gets his drivers license. I, on the other hand, would like to start counting backwards, for he and I both!

He has become a fine young man though, and I am most grateful!
